Order & Delivery Policy

Practical Kabbalah Ltd or its employees main purpose is to serve every client with excellent service and complete discretion (All orders sent with discretion and without identification marks (except for the name of our company as a return address). In order to help us serve you the best way possible, we ask of you after slots up rtingd placing your order to write down all your information such as: full name, exact address on which you want to receive your order with the zip code & country/state, mail address & phone number where you can be reached (that is if more details will be needed).
When placing an order for amulet/seal, please write down the following information:
Your first name & mother’s first name & date of birth.
If any of the following information sent to us is incorrect this will delay handling and shipping accordingly.
NOTE: It is important the client write down the exact E-mail address while filling out the form of registration.

All orders can be placed via PayPal (as guest or as member), or be wired via Western Union or Bank Transfer.

Practical Kabbalah Ltd is a legit company which works under the rules and regulations of its country (Israel) hence obliged to report for every item/product purchased and shipped inside and outside its country’s border, therefore by making a purchase at our site the customer agrees to these terms and aware to the fact that there could be situation in which the customer will need to pay taxes according to his/her country laws.
Practical Kabbalah Ltd or its employees will not take responsibility for customs and regulations in destination country and all responsibility for it will apply on the customer, hence all taxes and rules of the destination country will be handled by the customer directly with federal/government/customs and laws in his/her country.

Practical Kabbalah Ltd or its employees makes all efforts to send the order within 72 hours (unless specified otherwise while making the purchase) from the day you placed it, the delivery is sent through Israel Post or Express shipping ; there is also an option of a self-pickup if you are visiting Israel each by its own time (times are specified ahead);
Practical Kabbalah Ltd or its employees cannot be responsible for any delays caused by the delivery company, if for any reason there was a delay in handling your order you can contact us and we will look into it, but first make sure that none of the following has caused the delay:
1. While placing an order on holidays or weekends this may affect the shipping and handling of the package, and cause a delay in receiving the order.
2. Purchase of Seal/Amulet needs time for writing (days of writing are specified to each Seal/Amulet) and will delay the shipment.
3. There are delays that may occurred due to the laws of the country/states of shipment or due to customs regulations.

Delivery time information (Israel only, if planned to be sent as a gift to a person resident here):
In order to serve you the best way possible, we specified times of delivery, as we know it from the delivery company:
Registered mail on Israel jurisdictions only, is received up to 14 business days.

Registered Express mail on Israel jurisdictions only, takes up to 3 business days.
Delivery inside Israel jurisdictions is being sent through Israel Post.

Overseas deliveries time information:
 In order to serve you the best way possible, we specified times of delivery, as we know it from the delivery companys:

Registered mail delivery: takes up to three weeks.
The package is sent through the Israel Post Office.
(Practical Kabbalah ltd will not be responsible & will not give warranty or insurance for the loss of the package with this type of shipment)

EMS delivery takes up to 10 business days, depends on the destination and the laws of recipient country.
Overseas deliveries being sent through Israel Post.
Postal tracking number needs to be updated in the client’s order form.

File downloads:
Downloading digital books authorized immediately after payment approved, one can download the file by entering to MY ORDER zone according to name and password registered on registration form.

You will have an immediate response (within the center’s business hours).

Cancelation policies:
Requests for cancelation or refund will be answered within 48 hours of receiving the request to this e-mail address: [email protected] the reason for the request must be specified.
Request for cancelation or refund will be dealt and handled within the center’s business hours, you will be replied with an answer whether your request has been authorized or not.

Client that his request has been authorized will be eligible to send back the package to our office closed and unharmed, and only after we will receive the package back to our office closed and unharmed, you will be refunded (we will not be hold responsible for the package or its shipping costs while it is send back to us).
Products that have been ordered while having a discounted price, or on sale will not be eligible for a refund.
Please notice that Amulets and/or Seals which are being ordered specifically by the name of the client are not eligible for cancelation or a refund; there will be no cancelation or refund for products that has been used or damaged.

Note: All written above applies to any person receiving these products from the buyer/purchaser.

Cancellation or refund will have a 5% penalty from the total transaction value, shipping fees will not be refunded.
Kabbalah materials/products are not to be swallowed!!
